FT* the quickest pre's for the last few weeks
S*C not much upped because there on a temp server
SC* been pretty slow lately with pre's BUT still the fastest speeds .

Every site is differant. The times are off on every site so you cant tell as far as clock wise but you can compare the amount of time they have been active on the site.
