The only thing free that i know of is from your isp, if they even provide it but like my isp they give me 2 free gigs LMAO a month but the connections suck or you can go to the newsgroup part of this forum and sign up on one of those listed i think powerusenet is cheap for what you get and it is based off of giganews which i use, which is very nice i might add. It costs about 14.99 to 2-30 bucks a month depends on which you go thru.

i suggest you get a paid service and if you do go with giganews i love them.
