ok first off it wont be coming for xbox cuz rockstar got a new agreement with sony that starts at 2004 that makes any future gta installements exclusive to the ps2 and to the pc.

just like X-Box did to Rare they bought it out so those games can stya on X-Box and GC bought out uh SHIT i forgot but they bought one out also so they can keep those games on GC only also they payed a SHIT load to Capcom to keep the RE Series on GC with the exception of RE Dead Aim and RE Online which was already scheduled to be on PS2 before they payed Capcom plus Capcom wanted to put those out on PS2. and PS2 wouldn't have let them get out of that agreement.

Sony's agreement with Rockstar ENDS in 2004, enabling Rockstar to develop on any system it wants to.
