I beleive this game is available for free (legal) 'cause Rockstar Games decided that it should release it for the public... so.. uh... do a Google search i guess. I'll post a link if i can find it.

thanks guys, but i found one (on kazaa probably the one you posted) i will shove it on verifieds when i download it, so i can share gta1
Oh and it is availiabe from rockstar games now
