Hmm, this site seems really new... for now i've got a few tips:

a) Replace the 'Under Contruction' message with something like 'This site's still new so expect updates every so often'... ppl never come back to a site that's 'Under Construction', trust me

B) Don't name your files with spaces - It will cause the %20 annoying thing in the downloaded filename and might cause problems for some users.

c) Get more software/other stuff to your downloads section - or, in other words, do the easy stuff first in order to keep ppl beleiving that your site does get updated, and when ppl are sure of that, start the serious work.
