Well, this is a surprise, my computer is having some difficulties... I have gone so often with to reppair that running the computer is starting to cost more than running my car so lets se if we can sort something out...One of the reppairs was because in startup would stop saying:Verifying DMI Pool data, that turned out to be a busted connection to the main harddrive. Now it says the same thing but it dosnt stop because it goes do boot from CD and then starts up all the way, no problem. Just now it froze and when I restarted it it stalled in startup saying Verifying DMI Pool data but after 30 sec it gave me the option of running in last known setup that worked, I did, ran all sort of repair software. I shut it down made sure all the caples where in place, fired up again and it works now only this time the quick launch icons are gone and my internet history...well I can fix that but any idea how to get ride of this:

Verifying DMI Pool data
Boot from CD
Boot from CD

Help would be greatly appreciated

Yes I was fooled by the disguise.

And distracted by the thought, "I must not write Google is your friend."

You needn't write that, it's implicit.
