bitmetv was ban me.but ı dont had multi accont.ı had 1 accont in bitmetv than ı trade it.than ı win bitmetv invite(another).than today is ban.(403 forriben).
how do you improve this condition.now ı dont enter bitmetv(403 forriben).please help me.

giving away your account is forbidden on bitmetv (as on most of the private trackers). maybe that is why they banned you.

you had an account, and then you gave it to somebody (traded it). it is clearly against the rules of bitmetv.

anyway, i wouldn't advise you to try to talk to a mod with this knowledge of english. but you can try at their irc channel.

Maybe they thought you were making dupe accounts. Was the email on the account you gave away (at any time) the same as you put on your new account. If so then that may be the reason.
