iv been using azeraus and have been thinking of switching to utorrent because i havent been getting the speeds i believe i should with azeraus
iv tested my ports with azeraus and confirmed there forwarded corectly so see no other reason why i should be geeting slow speeds with or without private trackers

Switching isn't going to make your speeds any better but utorrent does use less resources then azureus but has a few less options. Also with the utorrent license just being bought who knows whats going to happen with it.What kind of internet connection do you have and what speeds do they advertise and what speeds are you getting in azureus?

If you're going to switch hurry up and grab it, uTorrent 1.6 is the latest and can still be found on their homepage.

Ok, seriously. It depends on your connection speed and the number of seeders. Now ammount of CPU resources it uses, that's different.

My azureus doesn't usually go over 5% unless i have like 10 torrents going. Its about the same in cpu, uses more ram though. Try the latest azureus 2.5.0.1 has alot of fixes.

I dont think there's any need to hurry even if they include some mpaa crap in the software (which i doubt they will so soon) because in such a case utorrent 1.latestversionwithoutcrap will be easily available to download everywhere else on the internet

i like u torrent because its very small and easy for n00bs. And i had it when i was a n00b. But now i use Bitcomet and i am very impressed with the speed tat it is giving me

p.s do not try the new bitcomet, try bitcomet .70 ONLY

it is the best yet

cause you'd realize downloads go faster in azureus

and its not like utorrent doesn't use cpu either. Its always using cpu around 5% like azureus.
