Is there a programme that can fade and cut mp3 files?

If so do you know where i can download one from?

I use coolmp3 splitter,you can get ithere (http://www.yaosoft.com),you will need to find a crack too ro another one i think is free from here (http://www.rz.uni-frankfurt.de/~pesch/#1by1). ;)
