Tell me what happens as I just uninstalled java this morning.
Is it worth reinstalling it.

It just opens this page (http://www.google.com/ie?q=%22index+of%22+%22name+last%22+mp3+beatles) in the IE Search Panel (or Sidebar as it is sometimes called).
That's the vertical panel on the left that's opened when you click on the
Search or Favorites or Media or History button in your IE taskbar.
