Didn't u*** make a rule that all accs are tied to original email addy? [ie, you cannot change email once you swap accounts]

Can we have some proof to back this up?

If you're going to accuse someone in a thread, post proof with it. Don't go and PM an admin because if you're mistaken or there's a genuine reason for the member not to come through, the accusation is still here and influencing other peoples judgement against an innocent member.
