the shows that dont use actors----there all coached on what to say and do.

Watch some of them where the show goes almost nowhere because the "victim" doesn't even get scared. If it were fake, that would happen at all.

Sure, there are actors/actresses, but there is always one or two "victims" that aren't in on it.
