why not find a shell acount that lets you use irc.

there are plenty about.

Search for AATools, it has a very excellent proxies checker and more

I searched allover the net.. but i cannot find what i want.. ohh..grrr

I need a program that can Test Proxies.. Only for irc.. so i can connect with..

I found only some programs.. but they test only http.. :( ;)
