Both are fine. Obviously not everyone is a Christian so saying "happy holidays" is perfectly fine. What is not fine is all the PC bullshit where stores instruct their employees not to say Merry Christmas, and the ACLU try to almost outlaw the holiday.

I say Happy Holidays cause all my friends have different backgrounds and I don't want to insult them or something.
