Well... the answer is probably Demonoid. This does not really mean its a quality tracker though. OiNK also has a lot of releases per day- sometimes over 1,000.

you need to specify public or private tho really...

of the private ones id probabily say oink's although it'll be a close run thing between them and demonoid

Personally I wouldnt even mention demonoid since alot of their files arent even private. Oinks gets alot though and I would consider that a private site.
