It ios really quit simple. The movie is selling itself. No need to send screeners around to press and Academy stuff.
They done that deliberate to prevent these movies to hit p2p be4 official release dates..
It's all a matter of money. Now they expect more people to visit the theaters. They need 2-3 very good weeks world wide to make big money... It's really that simple if you don't give away screeners be4 releasing there will hardly be a dl one!.. ;)
