i have cd1 and 2 .bin exe and also cd 1 and 2 . cue files how do i install and run the game

well you have to burn it

Remove the .exe bit from the .bin files, so they just read e.g. "simcity4CD1.bin" and CD2 respectively.

Check them for errors with CDMage.

Now you can either install them with Daemon Tools or burn them on to CD's and install them, don't forget to copy the crack over to the installation directory afterwards.
