when is it coming out i really want to see it the first 1 waz ok but ive senn it like a million times

Well its in production now. They should be wrapping up filming in NYC any day now. Oh and right now the release date is July 2, 2004. My guess is that they may have a teaser out sometime this summer, since they were suspiciously doing filming for it early, like back in March. Just a guess though.
