Nero 7 (latest build) keeps giving me this stupid error every time I try to burn a cd
Disc analysis failed. The error log contains more information about the reason why it failed. So I need something similar to nero that can burn .CUE files from FLAC audio rips, iso's and whatnot. Preferably something that ISN'T riddled with bloat ware like nero. Thanks.

ImgBurn (http://www.imgburn.com/)?

Thats a great program but I need something thats all around, meaning it can burn ISO/cue's, mp3's, data, ect. Like all the same features as nero.

Go for Nero Lite or Nero Micro, which less than 13MB, just the burning engine no unneeded bloated stuff

CD Burner XP. It's probably the best free solution. It looks a lot like Nero Burning ROM, and it works pretty well. It should do anything you need, save for Double layer discs.

Lately, though, I have been using ImgBurn because it works well under Vista. I still haven't tried the Nero Vista hack, though it is supposed to work....

Ditto chip19, CD Burner XP pro is the best other one. You could always downgrade to Nero 6, as it is still very good :P.

Just FYI... something I discovered today is that Windows Media Player 11 can burn both audio AND data discs. I am using it on Vista, but as far as I know it also works under Windows XP.

Burrrn is ALL you will EVER need.

I first learned about it at Hydrogen Audio. Quite a few people over there have adopted it. It supports practically every audio file known to man. It supports non-compliant cue files. It supports EAC "image" files. It's light on resources.

And best of all, it's absolutely free. Can ya dig it? :-D

Alcohol can burn all the formats and mount them on virtual drives, but it is not free ...
