Klite codecs and vista?

Hello all. I am wondering if anyone has tried the klite codec packs on vista and if it worked out alright. I am using vista ultimate RTM, and I dont want to get it all screwed up by installing the codec pack if its not compatible. There are already a ton of things that dont work with vista at the moment, but it sure would be nice to still watch my shows on the pc :D I have already reloaded it once yesterday cuz it just kept crashing for some unknown reason, but today its good so far.

I installed K-lite codec v1.59, Its working great, no crashing, not problem at all !

i have VISTA ULTIMATe and KLITE MEga Codec Pack 2.25 (the latest).
when i play movie with MPC is ok but in full screen is not ok. the image is a half on the screen and the rest is black. the same problem with my tvtuner leadtek expert. in window is ok but fullscreen is bad. i have 7600GS extreme by leadtek.
when i use VLC fullscreen is ok

where is the conflict ?

Could be buggy graphics drivers.

Change the video renderer in MPC: Options > Playback > Output

i put OVERLAY MIXER and is much better but not perfect. the image is still wired in fullscreen but after several duble-click try is ok.
any solution to work fine from firts time ?

now in MPC in OPTION/Playback/Output i choose to render all with halli media splitter and work fine in fullscreen. :)
onother problem, with this codec the sound is decalated. killing me this setting, anyway, now i know all depinds the out put settings :)
