You can find french music at oink:), since I've never heard of a niche tracker for french music...You can also check chanson category at Ez Torrent(dimeadozen.org),but with only 16 active torrents atm.

i think some people ask for trackers that would be way too specific. i dont think french music is in such high demand as to have its own tracker
