Personally I think it should now be more than a 4....all the others rated 4 have invites but WB does not. It is now a closed site with only 11000 members so the only way to get in there is to trade for an account.

i think that it's level 4 tracker only because it's rare, but in my opinion it's worth no more than level 3 (at max.)
