Is Oink's tracker down frequently

I am constantly getting offline (timed out) or connection closed by peer on Oink for the last few days. It does update once in a while but is mostly down for me. Is it due to the free leech period and are others also experiencing similar probs.

I think it'll be great when freeleech is over. Although I would like them to have a freeleech day once every month or something. That would be crazy awesome.

He doesn't like music (probably not a collector) therefore he doesnt care about OINK . Its simple !!!
