in search of a Paul Simon song

Hi, I am trying to download a song from Paul Simon called "Ten Years". It was Oprah's 10 year anniversary theme song on her show at one point.
I dont know what album (if any) it was on. I could not find it on iTunes.

Most places I found on the internet offered the lyrics but I would like to download the song onto my IPod. Any suggestions on how to get this?
