Higher Pic Quality

Any1 know of any program(small) that you can take a ok quality picture and make it a higher resolution? So that when you zoom in, the picture doesnt get all fuzzy??

If its possible, please help me and post the sig2dats or direct me 2 a site that has a demo of something.

nope it is not possible. the data of the pic is already gone so you cant get it back.

No doubt.
I get pissed when this is done in a movie or TV program. Zoom in and clear up that picture. Yeah right!
