Winrar options

Is it possible to change the default miscellaneous options?
I want the authenticity info check disabled and the 'Wait if other winRAR copies are active' enabled by default.

I could n't find an option for those on my WinRaw 3.51 IKE .

Ah thanks Dr. I hate someone left high and dry but did n't see it ,the options on my setup . :)
