TB sign up problems

I singed up and wrote all my details when Im clicking on the sign up tab

{in the details fiil screen, after I wrote all my details}

I got a massage that said that the sign up faild and below it was writing somthing weird , not even a language I don't know what to do pleaseeee help meeee!!!!!!:( :( :( :(
