SCC Problem

I've been invited to SCC from this forum and i have succesfully signed in.But after 1 week when i tried to login it said:

Username or password incorrect

Then i tried to recover the password and wrote the email that i signed. This time it said:

The email address ............. was not found in the database.

It was fresh account with 0.0 dl 0 upload.. I dunno what is wrong.. Can someone help me??

i read once that if your account is not used for a week, i mean no upload no download and you are dont login to your account,the account will be disable.
