how can i solve my problem? IRC Channel?

So many people are having problems with TB. I wonder why its so common, perhaps its a bug on site coding.

I had the same problem, finally managed to sign up and get message that they will send a confirmation email...but nothing yet and its been two days. I now don't know how long to leave it before trying to sign up again - don't want to get banned through my IP address raising alarm bells.

Is there anyone who is a member who could ask in their forums whether this is a known issue or if it is just me that has the lurgies lol

The email system is down. We appologise to all the members who are unable to change email addresses, recover or confirm accounts.
The coders are aware of the problem and will get it fixed as soon as possible. //Staff

Ask for confirmation here :

If not, your account is deleted the first minute of the 25th hour.

It seems that no mails are coming out of the site and on the irc support the info is
"there's currently a problem with the mail server, you can get confirmed manually here, but you'll have to wait for a mod to get here. "
Lets hope it gets fixed soon

I cannot recover my password also...
I don't want to have my account deleted...
What can I do? Is there any other way to solve this problem (irc, forum)?

yesterday i stayed at their irc but there was no mod.

I registered 2 days ago and was on the support irc channel for 'bout 2 hours(yesterday) before a friendly mod appeared and manually confirmed me...looks like paitence is the key.All comes to them that wait :D
Make sure you are in the support irc channel
