Any Tools That Uninstall Progs That Have Errors

cuz i dl net detective and installed it but this program is crap. it doesnt do anything it promises. so i tried uninstall as usual from add/remove progs and the uninstall wizard starts but then immeditaly says a .dll file is missing and cannot go any further.
