PS3 to PS2

Hey guys I have a question, do you think it will be possible in the future to convert games from PS3 to PS2, like even if you have to remove components and downgrade graphics, cause some games are coming out for next gen that won't hit current gen and that pisses me off cause I'm not ready for next gen yet. :cry: One game in particular, Spider-Man 3. Anyways, what do you think?

The PS2 cant even emulate N64 roms, and some of the Snes games I throw at it are almost pushing its limits at times. Now these are all for somewhat different reasons but will the PS2 ever be able to emulate the PS3. That's a big NO

Well, it will depend of the remain popularity of the ps2 when games you want will be released. Still today, many games are mutli-platforms. EA soldier of fortunes.. etc. I don't know if spider man 3 is exclusive to next-gen ps3 - xbox360 & wii..?
