I NOTICE THAT PPL HAVENT POSTED ANYTHING ON THIS TOPIC. DOES THIS MEAN NO ONE HAS A VERSION OF VICE CITY THAT WORKS?

it means we have already long ago downloaded vice city and are no longer interested in verifieds for it. ;)
