My cat was fat...diets work...I got him Iams diet food and followed the directions. It took a year because he stole food from strays and dogs. But I've got him healthy now. If he is 20 lbs, that is considered animal cruelty by the SPCA. I'd put him on a diet, and get him to play, quickly

My cat weighs 24 pounds. He's also about 3 feet long, not including his tail. ;) Biggest housecat around here.

I have a Ragdoll-he is small at 17 lbs.-they normally weigh anywhere from 15-25 lbs and more. :blink:
