I just come across a great plug-in for winamp 2 that displays the lyrics of the song your listening to in the winamp mini browser.
It searches a online database for the lyrics of the song and allows you to upload lyrics that are'nt found.
Its kinda cool for when you just cant get that one line in a song!
Find it here (http://classic.winamp.com/plugins/detail.jhtml?componentId=125222).

only songs it ain't worked for for me are really unknown one's, or really new ones. if there is a song u use the lyrics for all the time u could take them from another site and submit them using this plugin- then you can access your most commonly used one's using the plug-in even if it wasn't there originally.

Its a nice little player-not to bloated with crap you dont need.
I always recomend it as a mp3 player.

i had to change to using the LyricSys plugin, it seems a little better, u can disable it much easier. but the reason i had to change is cos my IP was banned cos it says i was a bot. i think it's cos i was clicking on so many different songs in a short period to see if they had those lyrics.

oh well, the other one i'm using now seems to have a dedicated database, so i've had no problems so far.

the one from the winamp website was dated, but when i installed it, the minibrowser had a link to the new version.
