It has been leaked i know this much browsing the boards of other sites....Not many can seem to get a hold of it though because valve is threating to sue anyone that host the file.

No it is not leaked, the guys at Sierra are airtight about this. THERE IS NO LEAK, wait for the game to come out and download it. Though, I advise not downloading it if you have a soul, because they spent hundreds of thousands on this, and about 5 years making this game. I'm buying it, that's the LEAST I can do.
