I remeber someone hammerring a nail through a finger or thumb - possibly in the american version of the Ring. That isn't particularily easy to watch.

No clue, but on it, watched it when I was little sooo, where the book bleeds.. lol

like the clown killed the little boy and his older brother looked in the photoalbum and it started bleeding

the bit in 'american history x' where he puts the guys mouth on the curb and kicks him in the back of the head and splits all his face up. Its not so much the violence, but you hear his teeth grinding on the concrete. Fuckin excellent film though. One of my faves.

Irreversible, where the guy gets his revenge with the file extinguisher.

Goast Ship, right at the bieggining, all the people are dacning, like 40, and this wire snaps and cuts all the people in half, and then it shows the floor with people with have been cut in half, missing arms, and are still alive moving around, very disgusting

This isn't a serious movie, but the grossing thing in a movie i've seen. It was in Jackass, where the dude pees on a cone full of ice, then eats it, then he vomets while some dude kicks him.

No clue, but on it, watched it when I was little sooo, where the book bleeds.. lol The film is Stephen Kings IT. The whole first half of that film was creepy. Hmm...you guys have mentioned some really good ones...oh I know in City of the Dead, theres a scene where a woman sees one of the Zombies and her eyes start bleeding, then she starts throwing up all this blood...and then even her organs. Really disgusting to watch.

There's a scene in Suspiria where a girl falls into a pit filled with razor wire. The more she struggles, the more she cuts herself and the more she struggles, etc. Ouch!!

That scene in American History X - "Bite the kerb!"

When she cuts his dick off in "I Spit On Your Grave". OWWWWWWW!!!!!!

Divine eating a fresh Poodle turd in Pink Flamingoes. Truly gross. :(

Any scene where someone gets kicked in the nuts makes me wince bigtime!!

In final destination 2 when the log goes through the coppers car and takes his head off.

I agree. It's gotta be American History X when the guy gets a "curbing" as it's called.

Event Horizon where they just get the captains log from the ship to work and watch it. And since they're in hell and crap the crew is sticking their arms down their throats. One guy has his eye balls in his hands, and just pretty disgusting nasty crap.

Another vote for Scarface and the chainsaw scene.

You didn't actually see the guy getting cut, but your imagination makes it worse.

Had to look away.

final destination 2 where that big pane of glass i think it is falls on the guy who runs into those pigeons..in slow motion you can see him disintergrate..its cool :D

also alot of other scenes in final destination 2 including the ladder thru his face and most other death scenes, great movie

I can't believe someone else put Requiem for a Dream. I am right there with you on that one. That is the only movie in my whole life where I was truly, truly disturbed.

I saw this freaky anti-cinderella movie where you see the ugly sisters cutting off their own toes and heels to fit their bloody feet into the glass slipper...the effects were poor but the concept grossed me out!

Final Destination 1 with the top of the guy's head getting cut off(came outta nowhere).

Also gotta give it to The Thirteenth Ghost, where the one guy gets cut in half when a glass door closes on him sideways, as the front half of him slowly slides down revealing like a cross-section of the guy behind him, which then too starts sliding...

Oh, and anything Troma, especially the most recent one(don't remember the name), which features a guy getting a butcher knife wedged through the top of his head, and a naked fat man running around with a mask on, falling down, and having a car, which has just leapt in the air, having the rear tire land on his head. It was the twitching that got me...

My nods go to the following

1. Pulp Fiction.... ving rahmes being turned into a play toy by some redneck hillbillies, ballgag and all, i cringed big time, and was pretty repulsed...

2. scarface.... the chainsaw scene, i agee on that one, pretty fucked up

Most of the films and or scenes mentioned are right up there for sure, especially Reservoir Dogs when he cuts the guys ear off and pours the gasoline, brutal and always makes me cringe. As for Resident Evil, no way, that scene was very cool not disgusting or sick.

Nothing But Trouble from 1991 starring Demi Moore and Chevy Chase, any of the scenes with the big fat twins gross me out big time.

But probably the grossest scene in any movie of late is the scene in Tomcats where the doctor (played by David Ogden Stiers) eats the guy’s testicle, thinking it was a petit four, YUKOLA.
