scc def has better pretimes than tl and revtt, e.g., monk and psych new episodes got released at ST 3 minutes after pre and at SCC 9 minutes after pre, revtt got these like 30 or 40 minutes after pre, tl got them 1hour plus after pre..

this is usually the case for most scene torrents...

also, these trackers ask their members to only refer them by these acronyms in public
on the other hand, some acronyms are only use out of lazyness, e.g. TL for Torrentleech, SP for Supertorrents, etc.

The time in which the scene is released onto the FTP boards, and the time it takes for people to get the Scene releases from the boards onto the torrent site. Generally Pre-times under <1 Min are good :P
