What does it take to get bitmetv?

I have been trying for a couple weeks now with a couople different offers but what do I need to get to trade for bitmetv? Because it seems to have gotten more rare than the ranking post specifies (trading other level 3 accounts doesnt work) Any ideas anyone?

It's lvl3 so i guess that you'll need a lvl3 tracker to get BMTV.

Ive offered torrentbytes and torrentleech more often then oink, because im living on the hope that i can trade torrentbytes for oink, then trade that for bitmetv and live happily ever after (a man can dream cant he)

No, i definately want it, but i just got an offer for that for oink and he gave me 24 hours to trade torrentbytes for another oink, and then ill give him oink so that i will end up with both Oink and BitMeTV
