Canada`s top extreme is the same as the UK`s top package, i was always under the impression Canada had faster speeds than the UK, guess not anymore :P

^^I always assumed the opposite - when you consider how fast some European home connections are.

If you're in downtown Toronto alot of apartment/condo buildings have their own servers so you can get greater speeds than with an average ISP.
