In that case your wrong, the guys over on x264 take the time to do double/triple pass H.264 encodes which have far better quality than a scene xvid of the same size. The release groups are having a race with each other, they rush things out at sub par quality, believing that the best rips come from the scene is obnoxious and elitist at best.

when i download a pack i disable all divx releases and releases from shit groups like vrs anyway.

Trackers don't own torrents, especially if they're scene releases. That Diamond pack is everywhere, anyways.

If they were personal high-quality rips uploaded exclusively to a tracker like x264, then that would be another story.

Of course its stealing, stealing the time and effort that the original site's uploaders have spent on putting together the pack which in turn is stealing from the scene release groups who have also put time and effort into the release etc etc. Im sure it does suck if youve spent hours putting together a pack just to see it on another torrent site without even a word of thanks. Just because its hypocritical doesnt mean its any less annoying. Theres no need to slate the guy, what hes said is true it is most definitely stealing, chill out!
