Whoever invited him, tell a mod that he's a cheater and maybe they wont ban/disable your invites if you tell them.

On bitmetv, they said if you report that someone you invited is a cheater, they wont do anything to you, but if they find out they'll disable your invites/you. And on oink they will definately find out.
