The signature Site/Status tags

I did a search for this topic, but i came up empty handed, so i apologize if i'm being too much of a noob, but where do you find the signature graphics?

I stole the ones in my signature from the site forum, and from one of the other users here, but obviously the BitMe graphis isn't the same size as the other's i've seen.... do people make their own? is there some sort of a resource some where?
