Well, the B) smiley is getting annoying (imho) because of its shortcut. I know that it's possible with any board software to edit smiley shortcut... so can the admin edit this one ?
I mean, a lot of ppl number their lists with a), b ) , etc. but B) gets in the way... can't you make it like B-) or 8-) ?

LoL, he's trying to say that he wants this smiley B) shortcut to change to something like B-) instead of
B) since people doing numbered (lettered?) lists will have a smilie instead of
b) ;)

I'd guess 8) would be no good to us either then... B)

Why don't we change the alpahabet to replace the letter B with Q. That's hardly ever used anyway so it could be left blank.
That may also stop people ueueing up to ask a lot of stupid uestions. It would be uite easy to adapt and would prevent a lot of needles uarelling. However don't uote me on that.
Worth thinking about.

I want to lodge a protest against replacing the letter B with the letter Q.
Q is such an aesthetically pleasing letter.
And I find it necessary to ask uestions uite freuently.
May I suggest instead of Q, that the letter X be used?
This letter has such negative connotations.
Plus it's hard to remember how to make it on my palm pilot!

Sounds like a good plan, Sholi.

I wonder if the mods will add that smiley...
one
two
three
four
five
six
The wonders of the [ LIST ] button :)
or why not just
6)
7)
7a)
9)
10)
:P
but if you got rid of the letter x a lot of our operating systems would just be "p"
"whats your o/s?"
"p"
Not quite as catchy:P

Now that's just stupid.
We're trying to have a serious conversation here. You've taken that too far.

No JPaul, RGX made a good point there.
But think of it your OS could then be a QP (pronounced cupie) which sounds lots better anyway.
RGX you'd become RGQ, that looks so distinguished.
And I'd be Sholiq. Has a certain 'ring' to it don't you think? B)
wow, RGQ
does that stand for anything i should know about?

What on earth is that about.
How can you possibly justify that blatant advert here.
It is no more relevant in this thread than it would be anywhere else.
You are just going to get on people's nerves.
Do you know the phrase "any publicity is good publicity" - it's shite.

 wtg, JPaul! B)
RG(X)Q, I'm sure you know the term GQ refers to a certain stylishness when referring to a man's style of dressing and grooming. Tres elegante! B)
Thereby you being R-GQ would of course be The R(eal)GQ
