newsdemon slow speed problem

I'm having big problem Whit slow speed, i try all ports that newsdemon recommend and servers, i cant download nothing cause my download speed is 40kb/s ridiculous, my regular download is 700kb/s 7mbps, i know is no me cause i made a few speed test and all show the Right speed 600-700, if i download something from the net i download at full speed so i think the problem is they server, i try 3 different newsreader to see if that help all tree show the same speed problem

anyone having any speed problem wiht newsdemon

Im using them and have no speed problems. I max out my 2Mbit connection whenever i use the server. I even max it out with one connection :P
