Spin round three times,stand on one leg while holding ctrl+shft+w,jump up and down three times and shout "I'm a knobhead" twice while facing due north..............I works for me every time :D :lol:

log on as another user then disconnect and reconnect as the desired user

then press crtrl alt delete and bring up taskmanager, then log off the other user, this should close all unessecery programs and speed up your system!
