I d/led a game that comprised of two CDs filled with files beginning with "flt" and ending in three digit numbers.

eg: flt-vca.001

Can anyone tell me how I can access the game?

I know about BIN/CUE files but this is puzzling me...

Please share your divine wisdom.

Cheers,

FLT stands for "Fairlight", the group who ripped the game and released it on the web. The ".001" is an RAR file. Just use winRAR to extract the files by clicking on the .001 volume. After everything has been extracted, you will probably find the BIN/CUE files that you are looking for. B)

Oh, I see. [slaps himself in the head]

Thanks Jibbler, I'm pretty new to all this as you can probably tell.

I guess a d/l of WinRAR is in order then...

Cheers once more,

There are some "tools" that are truly valuable to the filesharers out there. I'll make a short list, but there are tons more depending on the applied need.

Nero
WinRAR
WinZip (or similar)
Stomp Record Now Max
EZ CD Creater

Keep those handy, and you can burn/unzip just about anything. Sure there will be exceptions, but those are the ones I use most often. :)
