you mean .avi? usally changing the file extension or using a new player works ei (ghost ship.ayn -to- ghost ship.avi)

What type of file were you expecting it to be when you downloaded it? If it's supposed to be a video, try opening Windows Media Player, then drag and drop this file onto it. If it plays, go up to File - Properties to see exactly what it really is. You could also use GSpot, if you have the K-Lite codec pack.

If this doesn't work, try opening with WinZip or WinRar. Maybe it's a misnamed archive. It might be a good idea to scan it for viruses, too. Sounds fishy.

Yeah it was an RAR, I found a TXT about it. I guess it stands for 'All You Need' it was an RAR with both SimCity 4 ISO's the NoCD crack, and the Transportation EXE.
