I want to request some more HD DVDs on a newsgroup using the newsleecher client. How can I do such a thing with my newsleecher client? Is there any kind of specific formats my request needs to be?

You should contact MultiForce (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/member.php?find=lastposter&t=154197) he is the one who can help FST members when they need help (especially noobies like you - asfdlq3i45poi) and he accepts any kind of requests:lol:

I accept all requests that ends up with me having a fat bank account :P

I have requested a few times and what was when I was posting something at the same time but I guess that can take some time with HD-DVD releases :P

If you know there is a scene release of a HD-DVD movie you might check out http://www.alt-bin.com/index.php and make a request on IRC.

I haven't used Newsleecher myself so I dunno how to post with it

On the top there is a button that says "new", and has a picture of an envelope on it. That is the button for posting new messages in NewsLeecher.

I don't care much about the HD-DVD movies yet, as I have yet to find a damn player that is able to play the EVO files.

Cyberlink's PowerDVD plays them, though it is not without its faults.

Witch version do you use, I downloaded one (don't remember witch version) but it would never play the files, other than the extras witch I understand was in another format or something (still EVO files though).

6.5 although I understand 7.2 works as well. You have to use the "Open HDDVD file on hard disk drive" from the control panel.

Cool... Going to try that when I get home from work. Thanks, and sorry for hijacking your thread hehe
