i find that a bit stupid as if you are still seeding then there is obviously someone that needs it ;)

They don't want members obtaining large buffers as then they tend not to seed at all. Small ratio means you seed everything back.

I kept a 1.5 ratio there. I think that it is fair to give the newbies some chance there....so they can remove wait times!!!

Yep. Wait times always suck, that's why I don't utilize that tracker unless I need to.

I don't think they can ban you for overseeding.....but its just not fair on other users. Then again on sites that are harder to seed its ok to seed 10:1 i think!!!!!
