Lately people who are trading oink carelessly are getting banned.

they didn't say that u can't give invites in open forum (of course only 2 people u know), they forbid u 2 trade u'r account.

I think its, no trading invites. You can only invite people you know.

And you can only offer invites in private communities, which this isnt (even though it is, in a way)
